It all started with Tom announcing late in 2008 that he needed a new drum kit.  So he went shopping and took a few pictures of what looked nicest.

Then to kick off 2009, Tom came walking in with a brand new Sparkly Gold Drum Kit.  There were a few structural changes, but it looked eerily similar to his old drum kit.  Of course, once Kurt announced that he liked the sound of the old drum kit better, the gig was up.  Tom had merely replaced the BLACK coating on his drum kit with a new gold sparkly coating.  Same innards, different clothes.  #6.  The most frugalist of drummers!!  Here's what it looks like from the debut a Callahan's on January 16, 2009.
