Kevin meets the Ramones at a Black Tie Affair!

Yo,  I was thinking of ya'll last night (as usual).  All medical residency programs must interview 4th year medical students as candidates to replace their 4th year residents that will be leaving the program. This takes place from November through February. The new students arrive on Thursday morning and start their interviews on Friday.  On Thursday night, there is a get together so the new students can get to know the current residents and vice versa.

 Well, last night's party was held at the home of one of the doctors (not a resident). This is a person that has finished their residency and is now a practicing physician.  This sounds like a pretty "stuffy" atmosphere, right? Not at all.

 My highly tuned ear immediately picked up on the music in the background. So I said to myself, "Should I investigate the music or make a quick dash for the food? Hmm....the music should last a while, I'll get some food then check out the tunes". So I quickly get a plate of finger food and a Coke and settle into the living room to stuff my face and enjoy the music.  Sure enough my ear did not fail me (you know the ear I'm talking about. Ya'll have the same one. The one that we trained for years by listening to rock, metal and punk!). RAMONES!!!!!!!!! 

That's right, I was in the home of a doctor listening to the Ramones, IN FLORIDA NO LESS!!!!!  You know, there's something about Wart Hog and Animal Boy that makes finger food a little more enjoyable. I wonder why no one else was in the family room with me?
