HOckeytown Winter Festival

Mark that one down.  We have now played Comerica Park...ing lot.  We have also played Pine Knob, The Pontiac Silverdome and Tiger Stadium.  Look it up here!  Free Beer was asked to do an hour at the Red Wings Experience stage for the big festival to celebrate the Winter Classic game ... and although it is in Ann Arbor on New Years Day, they put together a big festival in front of Comerica Park and brought some of the hockey games down there.   Free Beer played from 3P to 4P on Saturday December 28th and we were a last minute addition to the lineup. The place was packed and the Red Wings Fan Crew did a great job of getting the crowd all pumped up prior to the show.  We rocked our hour and then gave the stage over for some interviews from Wings Alumni.  Great Time!
