Free Beer ... A band best experienced live
As you see from most of the examples of Video we have of the band, it doesn't do us justice. Free Beer is best experienced in person, along with a large group of like minded people. However, if that's just not possible, we are starting to assemble an archive of our work in front of the camera. I will warn you that in the early days, we actually recorded each performance. Then we started watching the videos. Then we stopped recording the band! Except for a few times just for fun.
THe Final ShoW -- JOhn Cowley and Sons Pub -- Friday January 27, 2017
To make sure everyone could see our last show, we streamed it on Facebook Live. Plus, some of our favorite fans did the same. We downloaded all of the videos so you can relive our last concert anytime you want.

Groove Box Studios -- Our "demo Tape"This segment was recorded for an episode of the TV Show "Under The Radar Michigan" which ran on February 16th 2013. During the segment highlighting Groove Box Studios in Detroit, they needed a band to act as an example of how their process works.
Lucky enough, the Host Tom Daldin and Producer Jim Edelman just happen to be in Free Beer. We gladly offered our services. Here are the results. (See cameos from some of Free Beer's most ardent fans) Star Lanes -- JANUARY 18, 2014Our friend TJ Priciandaro brought his video camera with him to the Star Lanes gig on January 18 2014 and with the Pool Table right by the stage, it gave him a pretty clean shot at the band. Sound is pretty good for a small camcorder too! Check it out!!
All Summer Long / Save a Horse (ride a cowboy)Some of our fans from California had heard about our strange rendition and Medley of All Summer Long and Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy (with Thrift Shop and Bust A Move thrown in) so we were compelled to record it during our August edition of First Friday at Cowley's. Thanks to Patty for providing the camerawork (she's a professional!!)

Scott took his camera, stuck it on the end of his keyboard and hit record. This is what it would look (and sound like) if you were sitting like a munchkin on the end of Scott's Keyboard.
