Hamlin Pub Lake Orion / SaturDay NOVEMBER 15 2008

We always say the the Hamlin Lake Orion has the best drunks in Detroit, and it didn't disappoint!  You have to meet a guy we'll call "One Word" who came up during the introduction to Hit Me Baby One More Time and said a bunch of words ... no idea what they were ... but do know he said "One Word" and in the process of stepping up to the mic to say his one word, he tripped, he fell grabbing anything he could before he hit the ground he took out Kurt's guitar strap, Dewey's lip and a cymbal stand.  Not in that order.  The good bouncers at the Hamlin escorted him from the building soon after.  It was also reunion night for Free Beer with a visit from the ailing Drummer #6 (shoulder) and Bass Player #1 Paul Sevigny who came up and jammed out on his cool fretless stand up electric bass thingy.  Steve Tocco was sitting in on Drums.
