Halloween Party
This was an unseasonably warm night to have a Halloween party. And maybe that affected the crowd size as we started playing at 8:30PM. Who knows. All weknow is that by 9PM the place was full and a bunch of people missed our first 4 songs!! We always get comments from folks that "you start playing to late". We get not, eh?
Enough whining! It was a stellar night of rock where we danced around our setlist and played a bunch of songs that we had not played in years. Yes, we probably should have told Bobby White that we were going to play a bunch of songs he had never practiced or played before, but that is what makes Bobby a pro. He ended up doing just fine, and possibly improved on the original songs. We'll clue him in next time.
We chose the winners of the Costume Contest. We drank a few beers and had a good time. As always, Lynn was a gracious host and rumour has is that we will be back for a 2020 visit or two. Want to see the photos frrom the evening? They are all right here.
